Last night, May 1st, Japan declared war on North Korea, because they threatened them with major nuclear attacks. After a crisis between North and South Korea the previous night about a poisonous substance, Japan did not cast a vote on a biological attack on South Korea.

There have been 500 plus deaths already,  not including North Korea because they are not willing to cooperate. On April 14, 2010, SPPY held its weekly meeting. A fun version of charades was played and then position papers were discussed. A mock committee meeting was held followed up by hotel room buddies. Extras were covered and the meeting was adjourned.
