Crisis of the Middle East last night, after the friendship ceremony, a crisis arose in Pakistan. This crisis was that one of their cities, Taliban, had attacked the capital of their country and had taken over; controlling all military and nuclear devices. In the second General Assembly Committee 1 meeting they debated the issue of combating terrorism. Terrorism has been spreading around the world and becoming more damaging to people everywhere. Everyone present was against terrorism except Japan. Japan felt neutral on the subject because they haven’t had any problems with terrorism, but they were willing to help make new technologies to help against the problem.
